AY RANGE: $15.93 - $19.91
Scheduled Work Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Summary of Primary Duties and
Responsibilities:
This role will provide high level administrative support to the Executive Director, Customer Programs and Services and will also provide general administrative support to the Customer Programs & Services team. Core responsibilities for this role include:
Answer telephones, direct calls and take messages
Assist with work schedules, manage calendars and arrange appointments
Manage travel and other arrangements as requested
Prepare meeting agendas, attend meetings and record minutes as requested
Inventory and order department materials, supplies and services
Prepare and process documents, such as expense reports and other administrative filings
Communicate with customers, employees, vendors and other individuals to answer questions, disseminate or explain information and address complaints
Assist with preparation and final review of reports and presentations
Review files, records and other documents to assist with responses
Requires knowledge and demonstrated proficiency utilizing Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Troubleshoot problems involving office equipment and assist with other facility needs through reporting and follow-up as needed
Education and
Experience:
Requires a high school diploma or the equivalent. At least three years of administrative and accounting experience is preferred but candidates with less experience and strong attributes will be considered. Job requires demonstrated experience with handling confidential material and interfacing with both internal and external customers. Experience in general accounting, accounts payable, budgeting, reconcilement, and/or purchasing/materials management is highly preferred.
Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:
Must have excellent interpersonal relationship skills, and skills in effective communication, planning, prioritizing, organizing, judgment, listening, and cooperation. In addition, the successful candidate must have demonstrated ability to assume and manage increased responsibility, take direction from multiple sources and be able to complete work in a professional manner.
Must be able to deal with customers and external vendors, and process information in an accurate, orderly, and timely manner. Applicant should be detail-oriented, have the ability to handle multiple priorities under time constraints, and work with little supervision on regular duties. Applicant must be able to apply tact, diplomacy, reason, and logic. Applicant must be trustworthy in handling confidential information.Some travel may be required from time to time, including the ability to stay overnight.
Licenses, Certifications, Bonding, and/or Testing:
Must have a valid driver''s license.
Requires successful completion of EEI Support and Administrative Selection System (SASS) Testing.
Working Conditions:
Normal office working conditions. Must have a satisfactory work record including good attendance.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
