Overview of Job Function:
We are looking for someone excited about designing and building scalable, highly available and robust solutions based on our customer requirements. Our customer's call center environment consists of call recording, telephony switches, CTI, CRM and agent desktop systems. As an Integration Engineer, you will design and develop customer specific audio and metadata integration software. Your understanding of telephony systems, CTI and agent desktop environment will be key to your success.
Principal Duties and Essential
Responsibilities:
Design and build scalable robust solutions based on customer requirements;
Design and develop customer specific audio and metadata integration software.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or related field required;

years of experience in software designing and developing production codes;
At least 4 years of experience in the call center software integration domain;
Solid experience with python and/or java;
Experience developing distributed systems (client-server, peer-based, web services, message based);
Linux / UNIX and Windows OS experience;
Good knowledge of SQL;
Effective communicator, great team player, structured thinker, great problem solver;
Successful completion of Verint background screening process including, but not limited to, employment verifications, criminal search, OFAC, and SS verification;
Preferred Requirements:
Familiarity with web frameworks (e.g. pylons) a plus;
Experience with agent desktop and CRM software integration preferred;
Experience with Avaya & Cisco switches, Genesys & Cisco ICM CTI, and Verint & NICE call recorders desired;
Thrive in a fast-paced environment.
