Job Description:
General Manager The Manager will provides leadership and operational oversight to the facility.
The GM's ability to make sound decisions and implement strategies to meet business goals is a key element to our success.
Must be able to work nights and weekends Areas of Responsibility Include:
Leadership:
Create, promote and embody a fun entrepreneurial culture with amazing guest experiences, strong risk management protocols and positive business results Anticipate and recognize business opportunities and challenges and lead the team in meeting them.
Mentor and coach staff and part time team members as they progress in their careers.
Recommend and asses staff employment and termination decisions.
Help oversee monthly, quarterly, and yearly staff reviews.
Give suggestions to upper management for staff promotions and pay increases.
Operations/Management:
Oversee, manage, and collaborate with the management team to ensure successful day-to- day operations.
Resolve any operational or guest experience issues which may occur professionally and efficiently.
Work with the Upper Management to forecast sales and labor, plan expenditures and meet the budgetary goals for the business.
Communicate and enforce all regulations and rules in a personable and professional manner.
Complete opening and closing duties such as safety audits, cash deposits, and other managerial checklists.
In charge of daily deposits to bank and weekend deposits must be done Tuesday morning at the latest.
Performs and/or oversees regular inventory procedures, including ordering, taking physical inventories, controlling waste, etc.
Complete weekly staff schedules and oversee shift changes.
Pay Structure & Bonuses Pay will be hourly between $15-$20 an hour for the first 60-90 days, then upon review GM will be qualified for a raise with options for full benefits.
There is a bonus structure that will be added to GM based on performance and overall health of company Benefit Conditions:
