3 Full-time Contract 4 hours ago Full Job Description We are seeking a REMOTE Customer Coordinator for a 12
month contract (strong possibility of extending the contract or converting to a FTE).
This role is a non-customer-facing position.
Working with internal POC with limited to no interaction with customers.
Requires a GSA background check with fingerprints.
Job Description:
Prepare, compile and sort documents for data entry.
Receive orders that come in, we take those orders, and we actually start keying those in multiple systems that we have which are online gui applications to a computer Verify data and correct data where necessary.
Obtain further information for incomplete documents.
Combine and rearrange data from source documents where required.
Enter data from source documents into the computer systems and forms.
Comply with data integrity and security policies.
Qualifications:
Formal computer training is an advantage.
Proficient in relevant computer applications such as MS Office Accurate keyboard skills and proven ability to enter data.
$12.
50/hour W2, non-negotiable.
All equipment is provided.
Candidates must be US Citizens or Green Card Holders.
No 3rd party candidates, W2 only.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
