We are looking for a thorough worker to undertake the responsibility to help preserve the condition and functionality of the City premises which include parking garages, lots and structures.
What will you do:
Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on parking garages to include gates, ticket machines card readers and overhead operator equipment.
Perform outside landscaping which includes mowing, trimming, trash and debris removal.
Perform parking meter maintenance to include installation, removal, painting and repairs.
Will learn the BI-monthly, Pay-On-Foot station cash handling procedures as well as the Scan Net computerized gate system.
Minimum
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver's license.
One year of building, construction or ground maintenance experience.
Entry rate of pay $14.
91-15.
84 per hour DOQ.
