Summary:

As a Site Operations Manager, you will be entrusted to manage the day-to-day operations of a convenience store and car wash business, and will oversee the management of at least one Brand restaurant in a single high volume location delivering an exceptional guest experience, operational excellence, and a working environment that promotes engagement and living the Company values.
Responsibilities:
Guide individual multi-business leaders in a single location (Food Service Leaders, Proprietary Food Manager, Assistant Manager, Guest Service Leaders, Car Wash leaders and support the Brand Restaurant General Manager) in the planning, implementation and execution of merchandising and operations initiatives.
Ensure that all site teams are greeting guests in a friendly manner to make them feel welcomed and appreciated, encouraging guest loyalty and exceeding Company and Brand partner expectations.
Demonstrate leadership attributes to include building and maintaining trust with the teams by setting clear expectations and measurable goals, holding self and teams accountable, and communicating frequently and effectively.
Build and develop strong teams by hiring, training, scheduling, coaching, offering timely feedback on performance and leading by example while supporting the Brand Restaurant General Manager in these leadership activities.
Responsible for local marketing initiatives to drive sales and customer foot traffic, while meeting Brand Partner expectations.
Accountable for building sales and gross profits through implementation of EG America merchandising policies and procedures, while ensuring Brand Partner merchandising policies, procedures and programs are also supported.
Ensure that all businesses maintain high standards of Company and Brand image and are clean, well stocked, and meet company and brand partnership standards on a daily basis.
Coach, provide feedback and develop leaders and team members to create a talent pipeline for future internal promotions within multiple locations.
Monitor inventory levels, salary budgets, controllable expenses and gross profit margins to achieve maximum profitability.
Review quality control, merchandising, safety programs and other guidelines in place for a successful store, food, and car wash operation.
Ensure personnel processes (hiring, training, team member evaluations, team member discipline and termination actions) are handled in a timely manner, and in accordance with company policy, supporting Restaurant General Manager with these activities as needed.
Serve as a proactive leader of the site, evaluating opportunities and implementing the Company/Brand Concepts as appropriate.
Must have a clear understanding of the Brand standards and expectations and successfully complete leadership training.
Perform other duties as assigned at the discretion of the District Manager and collaborate with the Brand Manager.

Responsible for ensuring team has successfully completed ongoing store and brand specific training.

Experience:
2-3 years as Manager of a convenience store or restaurant team Preferred
Experience:
3
years of experience as a Manager in the QSR/Fast Food industry, and/or C-Store retail Preferred Licenses/ Certifications and Skills:
Required under various Brand agreements that the RGM's must successfully complete ongoing brand specific training, and ensure their teams do the same.
Valid Driver's license, Valid National Food Safety Certification (however can be obtained after hire/appointment within 60 days.

This position is full-time and involves working a variety of hours, day and night, as EG America locations can be open 24 hours depending on the location.
Weekend & Holiday hours are required.

Ability to maneuver and regularly lift and or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.
Ability to stand/walk 8 hours a day; reach overhead, bend, squat, twist, reach, grasp and grip and work in cooler (cold temperatures).
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

Slip resistant footwear is required at all times.
