Must be familiar with the operation of various types of laundry equipment, practices, and procedures Experienced in a wide variety of trade skills (carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical) and the tools associated with them Proficient computer and internet skills Able to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as needed The EVS Director will perform and oversee the on-going maintenance of the building and surrounding property and will manage housekeeping and laundry staff.
Duties may involve pipe fitting; insulating; welding; machining; carpentry; repairing electrical or mechanical equipment; installing, aligning, and balancing new equipment; and repairing buildings, floors, or stairs.
