Landscape Maintenance Supervisors are responsible for overseeing the day-to-day completion of landscape maintenance tasks to properly maintain healthy and well-manicured landscapes for residential and commercial customers.
This position supervises a crew responsible for property maintenance functions including pruning, cleanups, weeding, planting, watering, mulching, and minor mowing and weedeating.
Landscape Maintenance Supervisors play a vital role in providing our customers with the best experience possible by ensuring jobs are completed with high-quality work following the scope of service and within budget.
What are the position requirements? Excellent daily attendance and punctual arrival Ability and desire to communicate with and interact with customers on a daily basis Ability and desire to work outdoors in all types of weather conditions Ability to set a pace and set an order of operations for each property Extensive knowledge of landscape maintenance skills, including but not limited to pruning, cleanups, weeding, planting, watering, mulching, and minor mowing and weedeating.
Ability to use landscaping tools and equipment Ability to regularly stand, kneel or stoop for prolonged periods of time Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 60 pounds Ability to speak English required; ability to speak Spanish is a plus Valid driver's license without any major infractions within 3-5 years Apply through Indeed or complete an application online at www.
