The Customer Care Specialist is the first impression of Schendel and Green Pest for many of our customers and is the person customers rely on to get the help they need.
Do you enjoy talking to and helping customers all day, every day? Are you organized and able to manage a large volume of small tasks to make sure customer accounts are correct? We are service companies, and the details affect our customers and the service they receive, so we must enter all data into the system correctly.
WHAT WILL YOU DO AT SCHENDEL LAWN & LANDSCAPE/GREEN PEST SOLUTIONS? Handle a large volume of customer phone calls and digital interactions without getting tired of being on the phone and computer.

calls/day) Identify and assess customer needs and take action to resolve the same business day.
Be an advocate for exceptional customer care and go the extra mile to achieve customer satisfaction.
Answer customer questions on billing and scheduling and immediately do what's necessary to create an extraordinary customer experience.
Reach out to customers daily to ensure the service we provided met their needs and expectations.
Schedule sales appointments and service visits, as needed.
Unlimited administrative projects to help accounting, sales, production, and executive teams.
