Description In the initial phase you will assist the Museum Sales Manager with various tasks such as administrative support of quotations and requests.
You will be mentored by our Museum Sales Manager so you can gain a thorough knowledge of our products and the making of them, our customers, the administrative processes, and our sales strategy.
Some responsibilities include but not exclusive to the job role are as follows:
processing orders, contact our customers, make appointments, communication between different departments at Delta and our home office in the Netherlands, and eventually manage projects.
You will also be involved in marketing; conducting market research and analysis and take actions to generate future leads.
Eventually we will work towards professional maturity so that you will be able to perform a sales role independently.
What will you do Support the Museum Sales Manager on all incoming requests and questions Perform sales administrative duties i.
e.
formulating quotations, processing orders, coordinating meetings etc.
Communicate between different departments within the US and Netherlands offices Research grant sites, museum construction sites for future leads and take actions Obtain knowledge to be elevated to a sales position Qualifications for the job, you bring A minimum 1-3 year experience in various office functions, preferably in customer service and/or sales (support) Technical affinity Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and strong with MS Excel Proactive and accurate and able to keep an overview of your work Strong organizational skills Communication skills Can work independently and within a team structure Eagerness to achieve results The ability to perform in a demanding, busy field environment Job Type:

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
