We are looking for a part-time 12-15 hours a week self storage maintenance manager for two locations in Topeka.
We are looking for someone with common sense, integrity, and the ability to work independently.
The time is flexible, and we are super easy to work with.
This is a great job for those who like to work by themselves and not be micromanaged! You need to have a reliable vehicle.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Include but is not limited to:
locking out delinquent customers managing vendors weed control cleaning property performing minor maintenance and repairs cleaning out units and bringing abandoned items to the dump being a grown-up This is a part time 12-15 hour a week job.
SUPER BORING DETAILS Other duties as assigned The position requires you to work alone.
