Arriving at 7:
00 am to be ready to go at 7:
15 am for an interactive morning huddle.
Working with a driven team of approximately 23 other dental and business professionals including dentists, hygienists, front office and fellow dental assistants.
Caring for patients of all ages and all walks of life to help them have healthy smiles.
Working in an office that is paperless, digital office utilizing Dentrix software and high-tech equipment.
Treating every patient as a unique individual who is part of our dental family.
Seeing between 20-80 patients each day.
Assisting through procedures in all areas of the clinical space, i.
e.
room setup/breakdown, four handed dentistry, sterilization, etc.
Following up with large treatment cases and fulfilling specific patient requests.
Contributing to supply and inventory management.
Using all equipment with care and ownership.
Improving daily essential tasks such as taking quality xrays, suctioning, and patient care.
Attending to patient responsible collections in a timely manner Completing opening and closing duties as a team.
