The Employee Initiatives Intern will work directly with all members of our Employee Initiatives team to best serve the employees of Advisors Excel.
This role will assist with a multitude of tasks but will be an asset to the team through administrative duties, projects, and events.

Support with preparations and logistics for community engagement and employee events Upkeep of Advisors Excel Intranet page (AEHQ) and assist with maintenance of Employee Initiative's SharePoint pages (Learning & Development, Culture, Community Engagement, etc.
) Assembly of recognition program awards Delivery of recognition awards, anniversary gifts and birthday cards to employees Provide clerical & scheduling support to the Employee Initiatives team, such as but not limited to scheduling meetings and interviews, preparations of meeting documents Preparation of schedule and documents for variety of meetings Maintain the integrity of confidentiality of information obtained Any other miscellaneous administrative Employee Initiative tasksExperience you'll bring:
Passion for creating positive work environment Strong organizational, time management and problem-solving skills Detail oriented, focused on quality in all aspects of your work Ability to independently manage projects/tasks while navigating a variety of competing priorities and frequent interruptions Outstanding communication skills with the ability to interact with all personality types and with all levels of staffBonus Points:
