Private Duty Care Coordinator
Phoenix Home Care and Hospice in Topeka, KS is looking for a Private Duty Care Coordinator! If you are a people person, love to serve, have a heart for caring and take pride in your organizational skills, then Phoenix wants to hear from you!This position is responsible for staffing and coordinating the day-to-day care delivered by field staff members who are working in the homes of clients.

Job Duties Staffing Interacting with client families and field staff Interviewing potential employees Orientation classes for new hires Matching caregivers to clients Troubleshooting problems and providing resolution Ability to handle a multi-line phone system Highly Organized & Detail Oriented Available to cover shifts and assist with admissions when needed Experience Needed Past experience in a medical field preferred Previous Care Coordination a plus! Recommended Skills Care Coordination Coordinating Home Care Hospice Interpersonal Skills Multitasking Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
