Members of our team serve as a first point of contact for customers and contractors and are responsible for providing excellent service and support for Utility accounts.
What you'll do:
Answer incoming phone calls and take appropriate action as required.
Process customer service requests, bill payments, transfer services, and customer updates.
Investigate high water bill complaints and resolve, schedule inspections, and follow-up as needed.
Assist with data entry and maintaining office records and correspondence.
The ideal candidate:
Is passionate about providing excellent customer service.
Has excellent communication skills.
Is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with high call volumes.
Has the ability to problem-solve and multi-task.
Hours of operation are M-F 7:
30 a.
m.
- 5:
30 p.
m.
Work schedule will be dependent on seniority within those hours.
Minimum
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
One year of clerical experience is required with one year of customer service experience preferred.
Prior call center and/or data entry experience is highly desirable.
Must be proficient in the use of standard office software.
Entry rate of pay:
$15.
