This is an entry level, data-entry position that is responsible for performing all accounts payable functions and other accounting support.
This is a full-time position.
Pay is based on candidate's qualifications.
We are looking for the right person who has great attention to detail and is willing to help our team.

Processing of accounts payable for multiple entities Data entry Filing and organization Attention to detail is a must Other accounting duties Education and
Experience:
High school diploma or GED Some accounting experience preferred Proficient in use of Microsoft Office products Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment Ability to effectively prioritize and work through distractions Ability to keep information confidential Hours will vary due to some weeks of the month being busier than other weeks.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
