These positions will be filled as a Court Clerk I or Court Clerk II, depending on qualifications.
This is specialized clerical and customer service work that requires the operation of standard office equipment, a basic level understanding regarding the criminal justice process and the precise and accurate operation of a specific and technical case administration software suite.
The ideal candidate has:

Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED equivalent required; College degree or some college level education preferred.
Court Clerk I:
One year of clerical or customer service experience required, preferably in a legal or judicial environment.
One year of typing and operation of general office machines, computers and software is required.
Court Clerk II:
Three years of clerical or customer service experience required, preferably in a legal or judicial environment.
Three years of typing and operation of general office machines, computers and software is required.
Cash handling and cash reconciliation experience preferred; bi- or multilingual capability is also preferred.
Entry rate of pay:
$16.
