Responsibilities Create plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives Support Store Management with day-to-day store operation Evaluate area and individual performances Report on sales results Recruit new employees to support growth of your business Forecast quarterly sales goals and how to achieve them Identify hiring needs, select and train new salespeople Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions Support other Area Sales Managers in running the stores day to day operations.
Suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction Skills Proven work experience as a Sales Manager, Area Manager or similar senior sales role Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators Understanding of store operations Ability to build, lead and motivate a high performance sales team Excellent communication skills Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude Able to work weekend and holidays Job Type:
