Topeka, KS 66603 /Lenexa, KS 66219 Need to be FTE Need to have depth in QA (Domain BFSI) Insurance is not required. And work with offshore team 5-7 people as a bridge with our client. Very strong communication skills. JOB
Summary:
Participates in the quality assurance processes, performing tests on software applications under the test to identify, isolate and help resolve issuesInitiates tests, analyzes results, and suggests different solutions to technical problems ensuring the quality of the end product meets business expectations. Work with offshore team is required. JOB
Responsibilities:
Work with different IT teams to assess performance and quality (real and perceived) of software products against specified exit criteria and standards Design and execute test scenarios, RTM, test cases Develop and document application test plans based on software requirements and technical specifications Write, maintain software testing Identify, analyze, and document all defects, programming errors (software bugs) and operational characteristics that are inconsistent with stated requirements and design specifications Record and document results of test execution, distributing the defect tracking report Ensure compliance with general quality assurance best practices, accepted industry standards and those standards set forth by upstream sources Operate and maintain test environments and test data Perform impact analysis and risk assessment Tracks quality assurance metrics such as defect densities and open defect counts Suggests improvements in test planning and execution Experience in Jira and Confluent will be plus Familiar with 3 weeks sprint TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS MS Outlook Defect Tracking System (any) Experience with mostly used MS Office suites Experience testing various software applications in in different platforms Experience in environmental management Good knowledge and understanding of Software Programming languages and Databases Experience in Compatibility and non-UI based testing Working knowledge of data integration Good understanding of SDLC and various SDLC models Excellent written and verbal communications skills Excellent problem solving and analytical skills Experience writing manual test cases Experience executing manual and test cases Experience delivering test results Ability to work with a team to test software and determine root causes of failures Ability to create and execute a test plan Ability to work independently and provide guidance to the junior team members Diverse Lynx LLC is an Equal Employment Opportunity employerAll qualified applicants will receive due consideration for employment without any discriminationAll applicants will be evaluated solely on the basis of their ability, competence and their proven capability to perform the functions outlined in the corresponding roleWe promote and support a diverse workforce across all levels in the company #J-18808-Ljbffr Recommended Skills Analytical Bug Tracking Communication Data Integration Databases Environmental Management Apply to this job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
