Responsibilities:
This position is responsible to provide direct customer support to resolve customer problems/questions as quickly as possible while providing highest level of service.
Provides accurate, timely, and creative solutions to end-user computer hardware, peripherals, printers, operating systems, software applications, networking, and video conferencing problems.
Data Center Operations, including performing backups and assisting operations staff when on-site support is needed.
Qualifications:
Job Requirements:
High School Diploma or Equivalent; Less than 1 year; Experience in healthcare, technology, or related field.
Preferred Job Requirements:
Associates Degree preferred Degree or technical certificate in a technology or computer related field More than 1 year and less than 3 years preferred A
Certification.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
