Responsibilities Operate and maintain auto scrubber and buffer equipment for efficient floor cleaning and polishing.
Perform routine cleaning, sweeping, mopping, and buffing of various floor surfaces.
Ensure proper dilution and application of cleaning solutions according to safety guidelines.
Identify and report any maintenance or repair needs for equipment and facilities.
Collaborate with the housekeeping team to achieve overall cleanliness goals.
Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
Follow established protocols for waste disposal and recycling.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications Previous experience operating auto scrubbers and buffers preferred.
Knowledge of floor care techniques, cleaning solutions, and equipment maintenance.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Good communication skills and the ability to work within a team.
Availability to work overnight shifts from Sunday to Thursday.
Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, and operate equipment for extended periods.
