The Customer Care and Inside Sales Specialist is the first impression of Schendel and Green Pest for many of our customers and is the person customers rely on to get the help they need.
This position also includes selling lawn and pest services to prospective and current customers over the phone.
Sales experience is preferred but not requiredwe will provide initial and ongoing training.

Can communicate directly to close a sale and have difficult conversations with customers when necessary.
WHAT WILL YOU DO AT SCHENDEL LAWN & LANDSCAPE/GREEN PEST SOLUTIONS? Handle a large volume of customer phone calls and digital interactions without getting tired of being on the phone and computer.

calls/day) Identify and assess customer needs and take action to resolve the same business day.
Be an advocate for exceptional customer care and go the extra mile to achieve customer satisfaction.
Answer customer questions on billing and scheduling and immediately do what's necessary to create an extraordinary customer experience.
Sell Schendel Lawn and Landscape and Green Pest Solutions service programs over the phone.
Follow up with leads to further develop the sales process.
Make outbound calls to our existing customer base to upsell them on services.
Schedule sales appointments and service visits, as needed.
Aid your team members without hesitation when their workload is heavier than yours.
Unlimited administrative projects to help accounting, sales, production, and executive teams.
