These developers will be responsible for planning, analysis, design, development, unit testing, working with testers on the system testing and implementation of system changes and conversion routines.

Required Skills and Experience

Ability to facilitate a group to come to a consensus.
Skills to create thorough system and user documentation.
Ability to facilitate business requirements and design sessions.
Capability to facilitate and document work flows, work processes and entity relationship diagrams (at a minimum).
Ability to create system design and technical documents.
Ability to follow established coding standards for the existing system.
Ability to participate in acceptance testing and problem resolution.
Background experience in data mapping, data conversion, and data conversion extract programming and analysis is desired.
Ability to communicate (verbal and written) effectively with the business and IT
community
.
Strong ability to create accurate estimates for the work to be completed.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to quickly learn new business and technical processes
Strong background with experience and high level of skill in design, coding and testing skills utilizing the following technologies:

ADABAS, COBOL, Natural, TSO, ROSCOE, CICS, JCL, SSRS (SQL Reporting Services) and DB2.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
