Overview:
The BSA III serves as a liaison between the business community and the IT organization in order to provide technical solutions to meet user needs. Through a good understanding of the business partners they support, they develop business process documentation as needed for new technology, enhanced system capabilities and service management disciplines. The BSA III has solutions delivery responsibility on multiple projects and service management initiatives. BSA III's have a substantial accountability in managing business partners' requirements as they are translated into functional specifications for the IT organization to build.

Elicits and translates business requirements into relevant documentation/deliverables via requirements gathering sessions and documenting business requirements using appropriate formats for assigned initiatives/project.
Collaborates with software engineering development teams to ensure functional requirements are defined that satisfy the business requirements. 40
Evaluates information gathered from multiple sources, identifies and reconciles discrepancies, and ensures consensus among stakeholders and/or project team members. 25
Manages business requirements and communication for multiple projects and service management initiatives including prioritization, organization, and identification of risks. 20
Collaborates and integrates stakeholder needs with project activities and facilitates communication across project and IT service teams. 10
Provides support and guidance to BSA I and BSA II team members. 5
