Qualifications:
High school graduate or equivalent. Formal technical training and/or experience lengths of which are dependant on shop assignment. Must have knowledge and ability to perform repairs on simple electronic and simple to medium complexity electromechanical items.
Must be able to read both electrical and mechanical wiring diagrams, schematics and blueprints.
Ability to perform basic troubleshooting techniques.
Understand the fundamentals of AC and DC motor theory.
Must be able to read, write and understand the English language well enough to perform one's duties without undue degradation of one's abilities.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
