Key
Responsibilities:
General: Shift / Area Responsibility
- Responsible for maintaining the safe and efficient operation of equipment including boilers, chillers, centrifugal compressors, cooling towers, centrifugal and positive displacement pumps, steam and cooled water coils, and HVAC systems.
- Have mechanical, electrical, and controls expertise to identify and repair equipment problems
- Follow safety / LOTO procedures
- Keep a reliability focus
- Conduct routine audits of operating equipment
- Maintain an open and professional line of communication with Associates in both the production and utility areas
- Maintenance - routine activities to include the following:
- Troubleshoot, adjust, and initiate repairs to equipment in all utility areas
- Inspect and monitor the condition of equipment
- Identify and follow up on improvement opportunities
- Enter planned work orders into the MIS system
- Complete PM and / or Planned Work Orders
- Provide maintenance assistance during routine shut-downs
Engineering / Projects
- Be a resource during project installation
- Assist in the startup of a new project
- Work with Engineering resources and / or other Associates to implement continuous improvement
- Training
- Assist in training other Associates as required
- Assist Operators to develop basic PM and repair techniques
- Responsible for own personal development
Key Skills Required:
- Must have High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years utility experience
- Ammonia refrigeration experience

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
