Customer Service Representative
Key Staffing is looking for Consumer Representatives for Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas, to be responsible for sales and service functions of policies for new and existing individuals including health and ancillary products.
They will review research as well as initiate replies to sales, claims, benefits, and membership inquiries.
The consumer representative will identify the cause of problems/complaints and initiate corrective action for resolution.
Consumer Representatives will also be directly accountable for promoting individual products associated with direct mail and media activities.
Pay is $18.
75 an hour.
