INTELLIGENCE OPERATIONS SPECIALIST

As an INTELLIGENCE OPERATIONS SPECIALIST, GS-0132-12, you will serve as the State Joint Director of Intelligence and Security, responsible for providing leadership and administrative control over the J-2 functions of the state. The incumbent serves as the principal staff officer and primary advisor to the Adjutant General, the Joint Chief of Staff, and Joint Force Headquarters (JFHQ) Commander, for intelligence related matters to include, but not limited to joint intelligence policy and programs, current intelligence and foreign threat information, situational awareness, intelligence oversight, as well as security related matters including personnel security, information security, and policy and oversight authority for communications security and physical security of arms, ammunition, and explosives. Further, is the program manager for interagency coordination for information sharing arrangements between JFHQ-ST and organizations such as State/Local Law Enforcement Agencies (LEA), State/Local Emergency Responders, NGB, and national level agencies involved in Homeland Security to include Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and the Federal Bureau Investigation (FBI). Experience:
Experience, education, or training which demonstrates administrative, professional, investigative, or technical work requiring the ability to deal effectively with others, to collect, evaluate and organize pertinent facts. Experience preparing clear and concise written reports. SPECIALIZED
Experience:
Must have at least 36 months experience, education or training developing and recommending policy, organizing and carrying out specific programs, evaluating and recommending changes in methods of intelligence operations. Experience in administrative, investigative, or technical work which required the applicant to deal effectively with others. Experience collecting, evaluating and organizing pertinent facts and to analyze and prepare clear and concise reports.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
