Program Analyst

Duties of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:
Supports and identifies both unique site challenges and requirements across sites unified under the Chief of Staff (COS). Handles the day-to-day management and oversight of administrative activities of the office. Gathers and provides analytical reports to leadership regarding ClinOps efficacy and efficiency. Provides data tracking and interpretation across site and shifts, including onsite and virtual response, regarding site Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Serves as clinical operation liaison between the data analytics team. Coordinates with ClinOps leadership regarding areas of concern and reports progress on programmatic adjustments and resulted outcomes to the COS. Determines pertinent action items gleaned from leadership meetings regarding data analysis. Analyzes data, sets up controls to monitor the data, and independently troubleshoots issues as needed. Researches and prepares narrative and statistical material in a wide variety of formats in support of the administrative and management functions of the organization. Collects and transfers communication from the daily huddles through their respective teams. Tracks onsite facility related issues, takes action on facility needs, and brings major impact items to COS and site leadership. Organizes and participates in a myriad of community activities and events. Work Schedule:

Applicants who are current Federal employees and have held a GS grade any time in the past 52 weeks must meet time-in-grade requirements by the closing date of this announcement. For a GS-09 position you must have served 52 weeks at the GS-07. The grade may have been in any occupation, but must have been held in the Federal service. A SF-50 that shows your time-in-grade eligibility must be submitted with your application materials. If the most recent SF-50 has an effective date within the past year, it may not clearly demonstrate you possess one-year time-in-grade, as required by the announcement. In this instance, you must provide an additional SF-50 that clearly demonstrates one-year time-in-grade. You may qualify based on your experience and/or education as described below:
Specialized
Experience:
You must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade GS-07 in the normal line of progression for the occupation in the organization. Examples of specialized experience would typically include, but are not limited to:
conducting reviews and analyses of department functions and programs; providing data tracking and interpretation across site and shifts regarding key performance indicators; analyzing problems to identify significant factors, gather pertinent data, and recognize solutions; preparing and conducting briefings for higher level management to explain the specific analysis of subject matter; and establishing administrative processes and procedures used to streamline department functions. OR, Education:
Applicants may substitute education for the required experience. To qualify based on education for this grade level you must have a Master's or equivalent graduate degree or 2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree. Education is credited only in those instances where it is directly related to the work of the position. NOTE:

Applicants may also combine education and experience to qualify at this level as long as the computed percentage of the requirements is at least 100%. To compute the percentage of the requirements, divide your total months of experience by 12. Then divide the total number of completed graduate semester hours (or equivalent) beyond the first year (total graduate semester hours minus 18) by 18. Add the two percentages. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
