These home bound clients received services provided by a nurse, physical therapist, speech therapist, or occupational therapist.

Full Time WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?Skilled VisitsDay-to-day patient interactionEducation on Health Conditions, such as CHF,CODP, DiabetesWound CareMedication ManagementChanges dressings, bandages and contraptions as prescribedDocumentation of patient's condition and pointing out significant changes, to be reported to the physicianWorking along side other nurses, Physical Therapist, Speech Therapist and/or Occupational Therapist.
Must have Home Health experience.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
